What is the typical shipping time for international orders?
International orders generally take 7-15 business days to arrive depending on the destination and selected shipping method. Tracking information is provided via email once the package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer a warranty on flight controllers and motors?
Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from crashes, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized digital payment platforms to ensure a secure checkout process.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unopened and unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Are your drones compatible with my existing radio transmitter?
Most of our drones come with various receiver options including ELRS, Frsky, and TBS Crossfire. Please check the product specifications to ensure the receiver protocol matches your transmitter.
What should I do if my battery arrives with low voltage?
If a LiPo battery arrives with a cell voltage below 3.0V, do not attempt to charge it. Contact our support team immediately with photos of the voltage reading for a replacement.
